Cancellation Policy

We ask that a minimum of 48 hour cancellation policy be observed. It is greatly appreciate to give us sufficient notice so we have time to fill the allotted slot. However, we do understand situations arise that are out of our control. So under emergencies, a 24 hour policy is acceptable and will be honored without penalty. Any appointments which are missed, re-scheduled, or not given a proper notice less than 24 hours will be access the full session fee, unless another client is booked to replace the scheduled time.
